Breda, with 173000 inhabitants, is the ninth largest city in the Netherlands. Breda has a rich history and was, at one time, the seat of the Nassau’s, the Royal Family in the Netherlands. This history is still visible in the beautiful historic centre of the city, but also in districts such as Princenhage or the Ginneken.
A city, therefore, with a story, and also a fantastic city to live in. Not least for students, or perhaps precisely for students. During your years of study you will be able to fully benefit from all sports, cultural and, of course, entertainment opportunities which the city offers. Breda has everything which can be expected from a city, but is also compact, so that everything can be reached by bike. Which is ideal.
You can, of course, choose to commute. Living at home is easy, and you may well be able to hang on to the job you had while at school, and keep your old friends in your old village. Yawn. Get a life! Find a room or apartment in Breda, get a job here and a new lot of friends and have the student time of your life! Be(come)Breda and make your student years an unforgettable time in the greatest city in Brabant. There’s a good chance that you won’t want to leave.
